Jeremiah 27:1

In the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah the son of Josiah, king of Judah, this word came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying-- (NASB ©1995)

2 Kings 24:18 Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he became king, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Hamutal the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.

In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah came this word unto Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,

1 Under the type of bonds and yokes he prophesies the subduing of the neighbour kings unto Nebuchadnezzar.
8 He exhorts them to yield, and not to believe the false prophets.
12 The like he does to Zedekiah.
19 He foretells the remnant of the vessels shall be carried to Babylon, and there continue until the day of visitation.
