Jedaiah. One of Dr. Kennicott's MSS. omits, {ben,} 'son of,' and reads 'Jedaiah, Joiarib, Jachin:' which is nearly that of the parallel place. Joiarib is merely a contracted form of Jehoiarib, by the elision of {hay.}
