Romans 7:1
<< Romans 7:1 >>
Or do you not know, brethren (for I am speaking to those who know the law), that the law has jurisdiction over a person as long as he lives? (NASB ©1995)

Romans 1:13 I do not want you to be unaware, brethren, that often I have planned to come to you (and have been prevented so far) so that I may obtain some fruit among you also, even as among the rest of the Gentiles. (NASB ©1995)

Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth?

1 No law hath power over a man longer than he lives.
4 But we are dead to the law.
7 Yet is not the law sin;
12 but holy, just and good;
16 as I acknowledge, who am grieved because I cannot keep it.
